We had a great day and the spa facilities are great overall, with very helpful staff. The only slight issues were that it was quite busy so was sometimes difficult to find a space in relaxation areas, and the jacuzzi could have been slightly warmer. The sauna and steam room were great and the facial was excellent.

It was great. Ice machine didn’t work. Hot tub could have been hotter and more toiletries, but great for price overall.
