Overall it was a really good value for money experience. The staff on reception were so lovely too. The only issue was (and it was a really small issue) is that the jacuzzi was often crowded.

The spa is good but they don't provide pool facility with your spa day experience. You have to pay for it separately because the pool is with leisure centre.

I had a wonderful time at Spa Experience at Kensington Leisure Center. The staff was really nice and friendly. The massage experience was great. Definitely would go again.

The spa was packed. Also many loud groups of women talking whilst my friend and I were trying to have a peaceful time.
Treatment was fine. Pleasant therapist. But did feel rushed as staff were clearly very busy that day.
