Great visit to the spa. Staff were helpful and the facilities were clean. Luckily it wasn't too busy for our session but could imagine that it would feel a little overcrowded if fully booked. Absolutely can't fault it for it's value for money. Would definitely go again.

I was late on 15 minutes so they gave me totally different treatment that was originally planned. Even though I called them in advance and asked if it could be reschedule because I stuck in the traffic.. The treatment cost £60 and I didnt get even half of it... I believe it is totally unfair, they at least could suggest some % of refund, as I was there 1st time... The massage they gave me was very simple, not even close to what described online.
