It was our first time to go to this place and it really delivered to our expectations. Facilities are clean and our entire experience went smoothly. Our favourite part would be using the monsoon shower and the steam room. Definitely a good place to go for a girls day out.
I've been to the Kensington leisure centre for a pregnancy massage.
The ambience was really nice with soft music and the treatment chair super comfortable.
The massage itself was super relaxing and took an hour and fifteen minutes. Definitely good value for money.
It’s advertised as a 1 hour and 15 min massage but is in fact just a 1 hour massage- which they 100% should make people aware of as I left feeling a little cheated.
Generally was a pleasant experience, the staff was very friendly and nice and the spa facilities were small but did their job fine. My only concern and down point was about the cleanliness, I received a towel that didn't seem or look clean enough or just unused, the colour is a put off too, a dirty dark grey meant to hide the dirt probably. The flip-flops also, were used and seemed dirty. For some reason, in my mind I was hoping the flip-flops would be a pair of disposable, one time use one but new. I guess if you carry your own towels and flip-flops is safer. We got the couple deal and we were instructed to use the shower before getting in the jacuzzi, which is reasonable and advisable but when I was changing there was a group of 4 ladies that changed and went in the sauna in the same with me and they just jumped in the jacuzzi without any previous shower. That made doubt the jacuzzi could be trust/used. Also the water glasses were plastic but reusable and they were hot enough or clean enough to look like at least they've been trough an washing machine.
I guess if you don't care so much about cleanliness it can be more enjoyable.
