We booked a 10am - 1pm time slot on Sunday. The staff member said it would be busy when we arrived. Therefore I was a bit skeptical at first but it was not as busy as I imagined and it definitely exceeded my expectations!
Highlight of the experience was the sauna room, it was just heavenly, especially the aromas!
Overall, everything was so clean, even the changing rooms were continuously checked and cleaned and we had a fab time! Thanks Treatwell for the bargain discount!

Spa treatment was lovely, though was promised a head massage but never got it. The spa facilities aren't great and the relaxation room is a thoroughfare for the men's bathroom, so it's not very relaxing.
