Everything was perfect, the staff were very accomodating. The massage for head in the spa was also very relaxing. The only downside was although our appointment (10-1) was considered as a ‘less busy’ time, it still seemed quite busy since the jacuzzi constantly had lots of people throughout the time. But the steam and sauna room were sometimes empty, just for me and my sister to enjoy. Apart from that, everything went extremely well!

Really good value for money. Only negative was that I struggled to get through to the spa to book, which meant I missed out on my original time.
