Very nice and relaxing day - therapist was friendly and the ambience was nice. Had 3 hours to use the thermal spa facilities, which was nice (but mixed), but they could only be used after treatments. Felt the experience could have been better if able to use sauna/steam room etc. before the treatments, as it meant products applied during the treatments had to be washed off
