Great treatments! The spa is a little small and the receptionist didn't explain how to get into the spa/ she didnt give me the code straight away. Clean though. Would of been nice if they supplied some food.

The treatments were brilliant! The facilities were a little sparse and there was not enough water cups to go around. The Jacuzzi was not very hot but the sauna and steam room were lovely.

Great experience overall. Had massage, elemis facial and thermal spa. Excellent massage, lots of deep tissue work but thoroughly relaxing. The only criticism is that it feels counterproductive to have an elemis facial before visiting the thermal spa. Such a waste to wash away those lovely products! Would be great if receptionist could have advised me on this before booking the appointment.

We had a really nice day. The therapists were lovely and seem to be wizards at towel origami. Was so relaxed I fell asleep several times.
