We really enjoyed our visit, its a great spot. I was unsure of what to expect, as the spa is within a sports and leisure centre, but was very impressed overall with the facilities, atmosphere and treatment.
I was worried the half day wouldn't be enough, especially as our treatment time was within that time frame, but as it's small, 2 hours was all we needed to do everything. It did get quite busy and noisy around lunch time, so would recommend that you book in for their opening time of 11, we had the hot tub all to ourselves.
Overall, if you're looking for a cheap spa session and only want a couple of hours relaxation rather than a day, this is the perfect place.
