I loved all the facilities, amazing relaxing room and flavored water and tea available. I was expecting a pool as well, even a small one. But overall amazing experience for the price.

Maybe it was because it was a Sunday, but seemed to crowded with people were too loud.
Not enough cups replenished
Shame the quiet room is also a walk way to the actual spa.
The concept is good but a shame that there weren’t enough cups available and no one to ask people to be quiet when they were just being loud
