We were a bit rushed into our treatment. We had booked to have our treatments in the same room, but were put separately on the day. The facilities were a bit sparse / lacking in variety. The hot bamboo massage was lush, and overall an enjoyable experience!

Lovely staff- the receptionist was super helpful and friendly on the day we went. Really clean facilities and overall very relaxing. Could do with larger spa facilities in general and a warmer overall temperature as it was on the chilly side. But overall really lovely experience

The jacuzzi was a bit cold, the facilities seem a little worn out and not as interesting as the other Spa Experience locations.
The massage didn’t seem to last it’s full time though it was very nice.
