The place is great, very clean. However on the day I visited, sadly the steam room stopped working :( . Also, as it was a mixed session, there was a very talkative guy that made the whole experience for all, very noisy, annoying, frustrating. Not a relaxing session. After venting my frustration, the member of staff was totally sympathetic and offer another session on a day that suited me. Great customer service. Definitely recommend

Staff was super stress, hardly friendly and kept on coming to check no one was using product in the facilities.
The temp of the steam was extremely hot borderline dangerous....it felt like my friend and I were cooking. We got told off for talking while everybody was talking.... I never had such poor and miserable experience. Won't go back and doesn't recommend if you looking for pure and blissful relaxation
