Mine good.My daughter called before booking as she has a degenerative spinal condition & needed to ensure a manager understood & manager was to do it per booking. Manager swapped it to someone else- that was rightly questioned, but the manager who did the massage in end, appeared to have totally forgotten the whole chat/not care re the spinal condition? Very poor when it is a real medical issue & my daughter did all the right things to prepare before booking- blaming her- terrible. Ruined it.
