Good atmosphere, Gemma was very nice and friendly.
The only thing to mention is the table I was on wasn’t comfortable, no head hole so my neck was uncomfortable & I would have liked not to talk so much and relax instead, talking should be optional.

I just thought we got ripped off with how much we paid for spa package.
They asked us in afternoon tea if we had any diet requirements and I said I don't like butter I just want plain sandwiches and they said it wasn't possible. The hot tub was out of action and wasn't told that coming to place we had go back and fourth to desk to tell us it wasn't working. Then the facial I don't think lady know what she was doing because my friend had bad break out from products. I wouldn't go back
