The treatments we had were amazing. Afternoon tea was perfect too. Sadly the facilities were tired and in need of an overhaul. You could also do with more places to relax. However we had a lovely day here and the staff were so helpful and friendly .

Was a beautiful day for myself and my daughter for her 21st birthday. Had a lovely day. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend and go again xx

The quality of the massage was pretty decent and Georgia was pleasant but on 2 occasions she placed a burning hot stone on the centre of my back. I have regular hot stone massages but this was the first time I have actually screamed out because the stone was too hot. Also her acrylic nails dug into me when she increased the pressure.
Although she was lovely I do not think I will be back and I think she needs more training on the use of hot stones.
