This is a hotel not a spa. Should not be advertising spa days or breaks. It is a hotel with minor facilities. The beauty room is really good but that is all.

First time having tinted usually go dark but went with what Chloe recommended.
Looks really nice but can't really see it on the eye lashes but maybe when mascara is applied it will enhance it.

It's a cosy and very clean space, quiet and warm. You feel relaxed and in good hands with the team there. I went for an eyebrow and lash tint. I noticed the dye was irritating my right eye and Naomi sorted that out straight away. My eyebrows also needed shaping. This was a little more difficult as the waxing did rip and redden the skin under my brows a little bit, an experience I've had before in another salon. I have some small scabs now; its worth me noting this for next time.

Had gel nails done and have had problems with my nails after going to different places to have it removed even some day at home.
Chloe took her time and I was very happy with the result nails are still healthy
