A very lengthy complaint has been sent to the Hotel which I am yet to receive a reply from.
Disgusting facilities, although therapist who treated us did a good job with treatments, the day was organised improperly, facilities (hot tub mainly) unusable (disgusting) doesn’t have a pool, the ‘relaxation room’ looks like someone’s poorly decorated living room, changing rooms tiny, hair everywhere, robes are tiny, afternoon tea is sub par, didn’t get the treatments we booked for.

Overall the experience was okay, if you’re looking for high end relaxation this possibly isn’t for you, the pictures can be very misleading. Treatments and therapists exceptional, the relaxation area is pretty poor, not very well maintained and very very small. The treatments most definitely made this worth while especially as a first time goer.
