The hotel staff went above and beyond and were so welcoming and friendly! Sophie on reception was lovely and extremely knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for her! Kay the wedding co-ordinater was amazing and looked after my friends wedding party wonderfully! Rooms were so clean and beds very comfy! Food in the main restaurant was also delicious and during the wedding breakfast! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Personally well over priced for a executive room bed was so uncomfortable our room was by back where at end of night rubbish thrown
In very noisey banging constantly also the jacuzzi needs a deep clean was very grimy to be honest not very pleased for £300 experience would like something refunded or a feee night in a different room thanks G Tranter
