Neve lacked a warm welcome, she didn’t even smile. When she took me into the treatment room and explained what to do it felt robotic. The massage was dull. Often with one hand whilst she stared at the ceiling. Nothing about the treatment made me want to come back for another. If you want the public to use the spa I suggest you change your therapist
