Fantastic service! Booked a pedicure for £15 and it was brilliant - my toenails look amazing and they have really lasted 5 weeks in. Much easier than trying to reach down and do my own even with glasses on! Also had nail infills - again usual professional service and gorgeous results. I’ve been going there for a while now as do my daughters. Very happy!

I fell nauseous having to rate this even a 1 star. Came in with a booked appointment and was made to wait an hour because they were prioritising walk ins. Online they have the “BIAB” treatment but i ended up having to explain what it was and how i wanted it done. They had no colour pallets for BIAB, when I chose the gel polish out of like 2 other options they started laughing and speaking in their language historically. Felt uncomfortable to say the least. Worse part is I paid for the service beforehand and a week and a half has gone by and all my hard work has gone down the drain as my long beautiful nails have broken. Their removal method involves a lot of drilling no soaking in or anything, they rush every step so they can sit another client down. First and 100% LAST time coming to this place and ladies!!!! Don’t cheat on your nail stylist I’m paying a high price for that.

Waited 45 mins before I could start my appointment. However, my nail therapist did apologise. They also did not file all my nails equally. but managed to correct the nails when I got home so it was okay.
