They need to work on their cleanliness. None of the tools or the area in general were cleaned before they used them on me. I also didn't like their method of removing the gel polish I had on, they used a dremel tool which is ok but it was extremely hot and felt like it was going to burn me. Then instead of scraping off the rest, the dremel was used again to remove the rest. The color is gorgeous but I won't be back because of these reasons. They also took walk ins before my reservation.
