Staff didn’t acknowledge you on arrival, people had been waiting hours. I’d booked a specific time in my lunch hour and after 15 minutes of being ignored I asked how long the wait was. Wouldn’t return due to rude staff and the unprofessionalism. However, I cannot fault the manicure itself.
My manicure I cannot fault. Although the colour was completely different to the chart they look great. However, when it came to getting a pedicure the salon was busy with drop in customers and therefore my toes were done as a rushed job and I'm not very pleased with them. it seems the treatwell app does not communicate with the salon effectively as they had no idea that I had an appointment and what I had booked or paid. Some clients even booked via treatwell and were told it will be a long wait! Overall, I would come back for a manicure but would stick to one treatment to as they always seem to be busy!
