When I arrived at Soho for my appointment there was already a walk in person waiting but I was seen first due to my appointment. I offered for her to go first but she was fine about it me being seen first. There was a great selection of colours of gel to choose from and I loved that they had the machine to file off the old gel instead of soaking the nails and then filing them off.

The lady was looking away and talking to other customers as she was filing my nails and kept catching the skin! The nails themselves did not match the colour i chose on the chart and you can see a gradient from where she hasn't put even coats on.
