The spa had double booked so we had to wait. Manicure was so basic. No cuticle trim. Had to ask for a base coat of nail varnish. Paint was uneven and messy. Both myself and my mums nails chipped before the end of the day! Ended up removing polish within two days. Appalling.

I had a French pedicure and eyebrow wax. The pedicure was good until the paint process. It was a bit messy and I had to keep moving to different drying locations around the salon. The wax did not go well. Took off too much from the ends and left too much elsewhere. I left before risking it even more.
