Seemed like they didn’t even know I had an appointment in the first place. The girl who waxed my eyebrows did a poor job, even when I told her what I wanted and what to fix up, she was unable to adequately rectify what she’d done.

I was extremely disappointed with my trip to Soho on this occasion, having been many times here before I was shocked at the level of standards that had dropped! Firstly I asked the lady if I could have my cuticles removed using the special tool rather than filed as this ALWAYS cuts my hands, the lady was pretty rude and told me it had to be done that way (no it doesn’t, you’ve used the tool on me before) when I flinched at the pain I got told it was my fault and that I shouldn’t move (the pain of you cutting me was the thing making me flinch!) the nails were the wrong size, they were far too wide! So as my nails started to grow they came loose straight away because they weren’t fitted properly, three of my nails actually pinged off as I opened the car door after a week! The colour of the nail varnish I chose changed overnight and become a brown colour instead of pink, I was hoping to go back but I had to go away with work so I wasn’t actually able to get it rectified. However, this would have been redundant because the nails flew off after a week anyway. I’m really disappointed by this time around, I usually love my nails with you guys and I effectively paid £25 for the the wrong colo. nails, my hands to be cut and the nails to fall off after a week :(
