The lady who did my nails was lovely and i felt very sorry for her as she was in freezing cold conditions and extremely worn out. The manager was beyond rude she shouted what do you want at everyone who came in and her manner was appalling. Several people raised their eyebrows and commented on how rude she was. Its also very rude when the staff are shouting over each other and laughing (quite obviously about the clients) thinking that people cant understand what they are saying (i could).

They treat everyone as walk ins, I had to wait but only for 10 minutes or so as the nail technicians were very efficient, cleanliness was questionable but overall worth the price

Gel nails chipped after just a few days. It appeared that she didn't give enough time for them to dry under the lamp and did a messy job of painting them.

Removal was done quickly, but received a few nicks from the filer. I was not asked what length/shape I wanted and as a result, my nails are completely different to how I wanted them. You get what you pay for here.
