The woman doing my nails was lovely but there was a long wait and my nails were all filled down really short which I was a bit disappointed with, and it made my fingers sore too

My friend and I both went to get our nails done with shellac - the woman was really nice but made both our nails so much shorter than necessary by filing them heavily. My friend's finger bled during the filing! My nails are neat and I like the colour but I don't think I'll be visiting again due to waiting times and quality

I was disappointed with the service that I received . I believe I was given a girl who was there on work experience, so cannot blame her. Her inexperience showed and things I am aware happen at other salons were missed, such as being asked to wash my hands before gel application. The manager of the store came over and told the girl she had done things incorrectly but did not assist her. My nails were left with sharp edges, so I had to file this myself. My nails are now in a terrible condition.

Really good result. However staff can come across as a little rude when changing mind about colour for example. Was also charged more than I had already paid - unknown why.
