Could be a lovely place. But bad management meant it took us 2 hours to get seen (even though we had an appointment) and watched many walk ins leave before us. Shame because the staff were lovely, but a 2 hour shellac nails is crazy.

Was extremely busy, lots of people walking in with bookings and without, lots of waiting. Poor lass who did my nails said she wasn’t feeling well and her hands were incredibly shakey, resulting in a not very good job. Would have asked for them to be redone but it was so so busy. Will have to go elsewhere to get them redone before New Years, not great.
