Set your priorities straight!!! I have to wait for at least 15mins to get my nails done when I’ve BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT also leave my hands soaking in some nails removal until my hands feeling burn is unacceptable. I’m so disappointed I use to get my nails done from you and still a lot of waiting around have to move from chairs to chairs is a bit annoying and unprofessional please improve I still wanna come back.

Don't bother book through Treatwell!! The prices are different and they will ask for more cash when you get there (they don't accept card so you will need to leave your phone with them while you go to the cash machine.) The prices also don't match their price list in salon - I've been twice recently and was charged differently both times. Once was an additional £13 so very far off! Such a great nail salon, they really do an amazing job but it's a shame how inconvinient it is with the extra cash.
