Excellent service nails and toes look good, but the worst part is the lack of time management, time keeping must improve, you should prioritise those who have booked and paid over the customers that drop in. My booking was meant to take up to 1 hour and 30 mins, it ended up being over 3hours due to you stopping my treatment in order to start someone else who had popped in last minute. If this continues you will lose customers. Sometimes quality isn’t enough to keep people coming back.

The actual nail technician who took over was fab, did an excellent job fixing my tatty acrylics but the girl who started clipped my natural nail right down without even asking me - I've been growing them for 6 weeks to get overlays..! Quality of infills was excellent and all staff very friendly and kind.
