Had to wait a long time to be seen. Don't think the nail tech was used to doing ombre as my nails aren't really ombre but more two-tone. One of my nails has the gel folded over on one side on the underside. Nail tech was nice enough and seemed a lot more gentle than the tech next to me doing someone else's cuticles
