I booked for 12.30 and was finally seated at 1.15. There were multiple other people in the same situation. The equipment didn’t seem particularly sterile and the nail tech really tugged at the skin (actual skin and not cuticle) on the sides of my fingers to remove it which felt really uncomfortable. Also didn’t like that she filed down the surface of my nail with the electric file as it’s quite damaging. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had to wait half an hour although I had an appointment, no need to make one as they don’t really take those seriously and just let whoever comes in first
