Very disappointed with this salon, I would never recommend going here. I had an appointment for waxing today at 12pm. Reached there on time, was asked rudely by a staff what I wanted. There were 4 staffs with their clients nobody seemed caring they were just ignoring and thirty mins later was told by a staff that the lady who does waxing is on her way and will be here in 10mins. The waxing lady arrived by 12:45 and to my surprise she asked one of the 4 staffs who were already there to do my waxing(it didn’t seem like the staff who did my waxing was confident in doing it). Not happy with the waxing treatment at all. There was no point of booking appointment, had to wait for 45mins for my treatment to start that too for a horrible waxing. The staff here are so rude, no professionalism and zero customer care. Total wastage of time and money.

Kate was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. She also did a brilliant job of transforming my nails, which were in a pretty bad way when I arrived! I would highly recommend Soho Nails & Beauty for shellac gel nails!
