Take off is not 15 minutes, I was there for over 45 minutes despite saying numerous times that I needed to leave as I was going to be late for work. They had 5 bookings all slotted in at 1pm yet only had two technicians in and earlier appointments to take care of which were running over. Technicians are all lovely but the place is not very well organised

Sadly I’d not read the reviews before booking and wish I had. Salon takes little notice of Treatwell bookings. When I arrived at my appointment time, there were 3 people waiting ahead of me and all 4 nail technicians were busy. So many people came in during the time I was there, saying they had booked through Treatwell and all had long wait times with some leaving to come back another time. I would have walked out had I not prepaid. Clearly the place is overbooking and/or accepting too many walk ins.
Overall experience wasn’t great either. Staff used a pedal bin to prop my foot on during the pedicure and products used looked cheap.
Not worth the money at all.
