Good treatment, could of been neater shaping & filing. Apart from that my therapist took care with the appointment and I was pleased with my nails! Just a little note about the atmosphere.. it seems a little rushed and the staff aren’t fully aware of the bookings they have in leaving some clients to wait a while after there booking time. It would benefit the overall experience for clients if the bookings were more organised. Thank you

So rude and pulling my fingers way too aggressively. Wasn’t careful in the application and drying of the nails. So many mistakes. Broke all my nails by being way to rough taking the gel off and filling then blamed me saying I had weak nails when I get them done somewhere else every 3 weeks and they have never had a problem.
Now all my nails are weak and breaking from the poor skills and poor application.
Plus they didn’t have any of the colours that I picked from their collection

I booked for 12.30 and was finally seated at 1.15. There were multiple other people in the same situation. The equipment didn’t seem particularly sterile and the nail tech really tugged at the skin (actual skin and not cuticle) on the sides of my fingers to remove it which felt really uncomfortable. Also didn’t like that she filed down the surface of my nail with the electric file as it’s quite damaging. Wouldn’t recommend.
