I booked an appt for 5pm but I wasn’t seen until 5:25pm. If I hadn’t of asked I probably would have still been sat waiting. As they realised they were running late I was asked to sit in the chair (not the usual pedicure chairs) and put my feet on a stool to have my gel toes done as this was a “quicker way”. (I had mentioned I had somewhere to be at 6pm) This wasn’t very comfortable as the table was in the way and I just felt it was very rushed to make up for the fact they were running late.
