The place had taken on too many bookings, it was stuffed. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I would have expected there to be less people on the shop. Every seat was taken, every extra chair was taken. People in and out of the shop, being sent away because of delays / over booking, to return 30 mins later.
The manager was flapping. Kept asking the clients what’s your name, where have you booked, move over here, move over there, speaking about clients Absolute carnage.
The salon was busy taking walk in appointments alongside bookings, booked in At 1pm didn’t get seated until 1:45. I can understand taking walk in due to the salon being closed due to covid, however another customer with a 1pm booking arrived after myself and was seated before me. The quality of the gel polish is quite bad and lumpy and is not evenly on my nails. I had to pay an additional £5 for the ‘design’ which is fine usually but due to the service this seems ridiculous.
