Had to wait 15 mins for the appointment. Everything felt rushed and was done by 3 different people. I don't think that I will be coming back.

I booked my waxing an hour and twenty minute before the appointment and when I arrived they didn't see it. They informed me that the wax needed 30min to warm up and asked me to come back in 30min. Since I couldn't I ask for a refund and they told me to inform treatwell of the cancellation and they will refund me but they never did. I never had my waxing and neither my money! Shocking service, very disappointed
