Awful experience from start to finish, didn’t even let them finish the waxing as they’d done such an awful job of the first brow. They were not helpful, they didn’t listen to what I asked for & I can only advise to avoid this place completely!

I booked a pedicure on Treatwell and drive all the way into town only to be told they didn’t have my booking and couldn’t fit me in. The lady booked me in for 9.30 the next morning. At 9.35 the staff turned up. I had to wait until 9.45 for the boiler to warm up. They didn’t have the colour I chose. The room was freezing. The water in the pedicure chair was freezing. The man made me flinch in pain a few times and the application of the gel is not good at all. Very disappointing!
