I booked for 3pm. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The whole appointment took 2 hours for refills. The old polish was removed, then i had to sit back down for 30 minutes and wait for another girl to do the infills, then i had to sit back down and wait for someone else to do the polish. Why have a booking system if you're not going to stick to it? Five customers were being swapped between four tables. Won't be returning. Left feeling upset and late for a date.

Really happy with my nails, they look great. I did have to wait for almost 45 minutes despite having an appointment as it was so busy but was really happy with the finished nails and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely go back.

I have been here before however this time was disappointed with the experience and the nails. On the website i had been allocated an appointment of 5:30 but the whole experience was rushed. My cuticles weren’t cut nor pushed back leaving the end result looking scruffy and already grown out as I had to do it myself at home . The length of the nails are all different and the design asked for was simple however the artist doing it repeatedly re-did it and they still came out poor. Not impressed
