Where to start...as soon as I walked into the salon the member of staff was shouting at a customer because she wasn’t holding her eyebrow right. This is the moment I should have cut my losses and walked away. They were 40 minutes late taking me in for my treatment before being told an hour for a facial is a long time, although they offer that service. The lady took me through to the dirtiest room and then threw a fleece blanket at me which had more stains on than I care to imagine. The facial started and all you could hear was the staff member out the front screaming then laughing.
It’s a shame as the facial itself wasn’t actually that bad but the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was diabolical.
