The staff obviously didn’t know I had booked an appointment. They tried to still give me my treatment when they had their hands full as I’d already paid but that resulted in me being there 2 hrs 10 mins for gel removal and manicure causing me to be late for an engagement. The manicure was not worth the wait. Messy, patchy and already lifted in places the same day. I’m not a fussy person but I had to make them redo 3 of the fingers as it either wasn’t set or they’d missed a third of a finger or chipped whilst they did it. There was no manicure table. It was a hairdressing seat that they sat to the side of and there was one UV machine that they made me balance on my lap until I insisted on putting it on a surface. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were kind and offered me drinks and I was incredibly patient but when I tried to leave after 2 hrs and saw the manicure had already chipped I couldn’t excuse the shoddiness anymore. Had I not been in such a rush and had not the UV light been moved on to someone else’s lap I would have demanded my money back or that they redo it taking more care. Very disappointing as I hate leaving bad reviews. I just don’t want anyone else to part with money to get that bad an experience.

Shabnam was absolutely fantastic. Best wax I’ve ever had, and it wasn’t a problem when I added a couple of last minute treatments to the to do list. Great deal on the overall price as well! Everything done quickly and professionally. I’m due to make this my new regular place. Couldn’t have asked for better.
