Disgusting customer service! I paid £20 for individual lashes through the Treatwell ! When I come in the we’re advertising the lashes at £10. I was told by the technician that they should last 2-3 weeks when applied. They weren’t even applied on my lashes but above on my eyelid it strips. Two days later the lashes peeled half way off, which I tried to blend so they didn’t look ridiculous until I got fixed! as they are only open until 6 I couldn’t return until today , saturday! I just went in to have them fixed or taken off as they look ridiculous as was told I had to pay £8 for removal and or £10 for a refill!
Even after explaining they were never applied correctly and I wanted them removed to compensate the terrible job! Incredibly rude and dishonest business! Please don’t bother wasting your money.

Lady who did my facial was really nice and lovely. The treatment was good and very relaxing (to the point where I fell asleep during it!) Ambience was calm and soothing
Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 = she missed some blackheads on my nose and blocked pores on my forehead. Otherwise it was great!
