I selected Claudia based on her 5-star reviews and senior stylist title. I clearly communicated the desired style and length and provided reference photos from my latest haircut. Despite this, the final result was significantly different from what was requested. My hair was cut far shorter than intended, without proper consideration for how it would appear once dry. I addressed my concerns, but the experience was highly disappointing. I will not be returning to this salon.
