From the start to finish, the venue was welcoming and cleaned. Andrea helped me feel welcomed immediately, usually I struggle to explain myself what I want my hair since its quite thick and English isn't my first language. However, Andrea was very patient from body language and words. She listened to everything that I had to say and even gave me great suggestions when I told her I want my hair to look after the haircut. I am happy to welcome back.
