The haircut is always fine and it is good value but it isn't a particularly relaxing salon to be in - you usually have to wait even if you have booked and you always feel like a bit of an afterthought. I'll go back though as is cheap and a good location.

The staff were very lovely, but the service was not done by a professional colourist. My hair colour didn’t turn out the best... My roots were under processed and uneven in colour. It was a very cheap deal. I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve been here for a Wax quite a few times and have never complaint, the service is always 5/5. However this ocasion i arrived on time but had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time. Nonetheless the staff were still very polite and offered me a voucher for my next wax. My wax on the day was okay, the woman was lovely and professional however the wax felt a little rushed and was very messily done, possibly because of the delays on the day. I would still come back though, the staff are always so nice!
