Great location and easy to get to. The lady doing my wax didn't speak much english but was good.

The person who did my wax didn’t speak any English and when I asked her a question about what I wanted with my wax, she asked me to type it into google translate. The wax was too hot and she was inexperienced so I ended up spending nearly an hour there. Very unhappy. I complained and the salon said they would give me a full refund which is one positive thing
