I did not have any gel extensions so not sure why that was listed hence the low rating?
I did have a facial which was amazing whilst lying on a heated bed. It was so relaxing and I would definitely look at visiting again.

Due to staffing issues there was no one on reception when I arrived, I had to make my way to the bar area to ask if someone was available. They advised they would let a supervisor know but I still had to wait until someone who was carrying out a class came out to meet me.
It was a little rushed and I didn't realise that I needed a lock for the lockers so I carried my belongings around with me all day.
It was exceptionally hot in the pool area.
The staff were all friendly.

The venue was fine, but the overall day felt a bit mergh. Nothing spectacular, the pool area was actually too hot on the day we attended and it wasn’t opened up and there were no upstairs areas we were allowed in robes so in general your only place for relaxation was in the air con room in the dark. This area is fine for the little wind down before getting your treatment but not for the whole day. The sip and spa we had to ask for our drink at the end, very little interaction with staff. Ok 4 £
