Such a shame, as I’ve been having Spa days there now for a few years & always been very patient with every change made, though my last experience was the worst as I was rescheduled which I accepted & enjoy the pool very much, however the Therapist (new to me) was unfriendly & really didn’t want to be there & the Spa receptionist (also new to me) tried to get personal & argue with me, when I used to run salons myself & studied therapy management at London University! Unfortunately will not return

I had a massage and it was okay, however my friend had Lois , newly qualified and it was awful. No pressure, and no pillow when laying on her back. Definitely not worth £72. To be honest I should’ve refused to pay it was that bad.

Basic Swedish massage, let therapist know my problem areas to which nothing but the bog standard routine was done.
Scalp massage was like having a vigorous hair wash at a salon not a relaxing scalp massage.
No one to talk to about this after my treatment, no one to be seen after.
