I didn't have hard nails gels that this survey asked me to rate, so I gave 1 star. I had a facial which was 5 star and therapist was great. The toilets in the spa need updating. Swimming pool great but the ceiling drips.
It was a Groupon booking that asked me to select times for my treatment, but when I arrived the receptionist said that is impossible which was annoying. I felt accused of lying. Anyway the new time for the treatment was fine so it didn't matter in the end. Cream tea was superb!

Couldn’t fault the therapists, but if you’re looking for a day of relaxation - forget it! If you’re thinking about sampling the food here - forget it. Overall an expensive mistake, out of the various spas in the area this doesn’t even come close.
