The spa staff were friendly and welcoming. Massages were very good! Lovely cold drinks and water temperature was just right. My only.niggle would.be the temperature of the pool side - no.need for a sauna!

Really loved the treatment and our therapist was very lovely and good at her job.
My only negative comment would be that the pool lacked outside space to sit with your robes. It was incredibly hot inside the pool area and I felt really light headed and unable to relax around the pool. It needed a door open and somewhere to sit away from the heat. Also a jacuzzi would have been nice.

I had a facial which was fantastic. However, the pool area was so hot that we couldn't sit by the pool. We were then told we could sit on the roof terrace in our dressing gowns, but then told that we needed to get dressed to sit there. When we were dressed we were then told we actually couldn't sit on the terrace at all so were taken round to the clubhouse and told we could sit outside. But then there was a golf presentation going on so in the end we just left! Not relaxing at all.
