Lovely spa day with my daughters to celebrate a special birthday. Great clean venue and everyone was very friendly. Wonderful massage with the lovely Lois. Afternoon tea was a perfect way to end our experience. Thank you all, we will be back!

Such a shame, as I’ve been having Spa days there now for a few years & always been very patient with every change made, though my last experience was the worst as I was rescheduled which I accepted & enjoy the pool very much, however the Therapist (new to me) was unfriendly & really didn’t want to be there & the Spa receptionist (also new to me) tried to get personal & argue with me, when I used to run salons myself & studied therapy management at London University! Unfortunately will not return

I had a massage and it was okay, however my friend had Lois , newly qualified and it was awful. No pressure, and no pillow when laying on her back. Definitely not worth £72. To be honest I should’ve refused to pay it was that bad.
