Amy is an amazing massage therapist, who I'd highly recommend. The Sunday lunch included in the spa day was also glorious! Unfortunately the steam room and jacuzzi were not working properly during the spa day which is the reason to not give 5 stars.

The spa was very good. I would have preferred slightly wider massage tables and the music could have been on tape so it didn't keep cutting out. The facilities were as I expected. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Treat great. Venue and after care is poor. At the desk they just fobbed you off saying it was a Sunday. Facebook you get no response. Then messaging the General Manager was embarrassing. All I wanted was an invoice for what I had done. The local smaller salon offer so much more customer service than this place. It’s just money for then. Which is a shame as Amy is one of the better local therapists I have had.
