The spa area is looking a little tired and seems dirty looking . Loungers and cushions very worn and bleached . The changing area has no private cubicles or a toilet ( that’s in a separate area) . Showers dirty and tired looking . You have to provide your own padlock for the lockers ( can rent one by leaving your car keys !)
Pedicure with Olivia was very good , she is friendly and welcoming . Relaxation area comfy but had to pay for a hot drink .

Gel nails and toes - had them done a few few weeks ago and my nails lasted a good 3 weeks and feet more than Than a month without lifting of chipping ! I had to soak them off at 5/6 weeks for a hospital apt !
This made me want to get them done again for my next holdiday -
Olivia is very thorough and has an excellent manner - making you feel very relaxed !
Love the selection of colours and glitter !

Really happy with my pedicure with Olivia. She made me feel really comfortable and was really chatty. I was unsure what colour to have but she helped me choose and I’m so pleased with it.
Will definitely be back in a couple of weeks for a new colour 😁

The beauty treatments where lovely and really set a relaxing tone for the day, however when in the pool it was obvious that some improvements needed to be made. The sun loungers were dirty and stained, there was lots of cobwebs and dead fly's along the conservatory and the hot tub was cold! The pool was nice and deep with two set of steps however when entering the steam room there is a metal step, there are no signs which caused me to fall into the steam room. This needs to be addressed.

Brunch was booked for 11.30.when arrived told no hot food served til midway. I ordered the chicken caesar salad which was swimming in dressing. I ate a small amount and left the rest. No one asked if everything was OK and no one was there when I left to go to spa reception. There were no robes or towels available due to issues with washing machine but thankfully, they had been put by for spa days. Unfortunately, they were drilling whilst I was having my massage. Not constant but off putting.
