The sun loungers in the pool area were dirty . Also the showers had black around the silicone. The relaxation area and spa were very clean and relaxing. The food was very good .

The Deceor facial and therapist were excellent although no back massage included which is what I’m used to elsewhere.
However, the spa facilities are tired and nothing luxurious about them. Small and not very clean changing rooms. Pool is in a glass building that’s very dated with dirty windows. Small free standing jacuzzi with only a few jets working, non steamy steam room. Poor quality robe and old towel provided and had to ask for slippers. Relaxation room ok but no drinks facilities.
