Booked a Zen Pedicure @ £45 with Callus Removal Treatment an extra £12 so £57 in total. This 1hr 15min treatment is basically just quick file & toe polish. Not even what I wanted, requested a French polish but advised need to request prior, as adds extra 15mins to treatment.
Ive experienced many pedicure, never a request too much bother, full soak, lower leg massage, proper removal of hard skin, toenails cut & 1/4 of the price! Very disappointing service, will not recommend or be returning.

I was here on Monday as a late birthday treat.
The relaxation area for the treatments & the full body massage and facial was amazing, Olivia was attentive and made me feel so relaxed and at ease.
The swimming pool was clean and nice temperature, the jacuzzi , steam room and sauna area were nice too , the area surrounding the pool was the only issue. The beds and the floor were a little dirty - bed mattresses had stains and there was mould on the ceiling above the swimming pool.
